The Qala Altı Hotel & SPA in Azerbaijan is being built next to a historic healing spring. Designed entirely in Revit by Renaissance Construction, the 38,000 m² building is set for completion in 18 months.
pecial and Key Features of the Project: The "Qala Altı Hotel & SPA" project to be built in Azerbaijan has officially commenced. The hotel, which takes its name from the historical complex "Qala Altı" in the region, will be built directly next to the healing water spring that has long attracted numerous domestic and foreign tourists. The architectural schematic design and design development drawings were entirely created by the Renaissance Construction design team using the 3D design program Revit. The building, with an area of 38,000 m², will offer visitors convenient access and a comfortable holiday experience. Completion by Renaissance Construction is planned within an 18-month period.
