JW Marriott Absheron Hotel is located on Baku’s waterfront with a total project area of 72,000 m². The 23-story building includes 16 floors of private residences, serviced apartments, rental offices, and parking. Designed with 243 rooms, the hotel also features a 1,200 m² multifunctional ballroom. 50% of the façade consists of wind-resistant glass walls adapted to Baku’s strong winds. Our company carried out the drywall and suspended ceiling works.
